At No Waste Republic, we believe that revolutionising the food industry requires much more than just good ideas: it requires expertise, creativity, strong partners, and a resolutely circular approach.

A lever for

systemic

change

By reintegrating surpluses into the value chain, we are closing the food loop and transforming the system in a tangible way to reduce resource extraction and lower CO₂ emissions.

Our areas of focus

Did you know?

Surplus bread accounts for one-third of global food waste.
For every kilogram of food produced, 4.5 kg of CO2 are released into the atmosphere.
The cultivation of malted barley, a key ingredient in brewing, requires significant amounts of water and fossil fuel consumption.
Our Panko emits 0.77 tonnes of CO2 per tonne produced, whereas Asian Panko emits 1.99 tonnes.

Do you also want to be

part of the change?

Another model

is possible

A model that puts people back at the centre of the virtuous circle, transforms waste into resources, strengthens our independence from virgin raw materials and builds a more resilient food chain.

Within three years, No Waste Republic plans to

increase its efficiency by industrialising its

production and integrating innovative solutions.
