No Waste Republic is a food tech company founded in 2022 with the aim of accelerating the food industry’s transition to a more circular model.

We are convinced that reusing surplus production is one of the only practical alternatives to the depletion of our resources.

Our breadcrumbs, made from surplus bread, reduce the carbon footprint by 60% compared to conventional breadcrumbs while giving bread a second life.
